what's the best investment for 4 Marla commercial for 5 years with 25 Million budget? Prism Oval complex, Phase 7 CCA4, Ivy Green or parkview?

I visited CCA4 during my recent visit to Lahore 2 weeks back. Personally I didn't like the location of this commercial area as it is very isolated and at the boundary of phase 7 in T block. May be in long term it becomes lucrative but not sure in the short to medium term. Phase 7 commercial file seems to be a better option to me which is traded at around 160 lacs these days. After balloting most probably the plot will be in X or Y block commercial whose location is better than CCA4. |
