Can someone please let me know the construction cost of good quality 35 * 65 (10 Marla) plot at T & T Abpara Raiwind Road Lahore.

Please recommend me some trustworthy contractor and architect for map designing. Thank You very much!

2000/sqf for normal construction and 2500/sqf for best one

Dear Ahmad.....What are grey structure rate for 10M in DHA??

Grey structure would be around per sq.ft, while high end finish is 2500 and beyond.

I have a related questions. If any experienced person can reply me. I want to start construction of my house in phase 7, but don't have sufficient amount to complete it till the end. What I am thinking to make upto grey structure and leave it for, say 2 years and then do the rest of the work. DHA will have any issue with it? Can anyone given me some authentic reply please. What is included in grey structure (i.e walls, roof, booundry wall, Main Gate Fixing, Grills, Chokhat, Sewerage Piping & Electrical Piping + Cabling etc) & what is the construction rate for grey structure.
