Please advise is phase 7 cca4 4 Marla commercial on ground plot a good investment? Or should I look at phase 9 and 8 only?
Looking to buy for 3-4 years.

Investment in Phase 7 commercial plots is a very good investment. Houses construction in Phase 7 upper cutting has already started. Possession of lower cutting will also be given very soon. This will lead to a very high demand for commercial activity and increased demand in commercial plots.
Don't forget that a huge area across the other side of the Barki Road has also been changed from agricultural to residential development category, in the masterplan of Lahore.
My estimate is that Phase 7 commercial investment has very high growth potential. |
