If i not pay my develpment charges upto possession of phase 9 R block plot 5 marla wht wil happen ? And want to sel during any time ?? Becz i have no money for payment??

DHA will never cancel ur plot due to non payment of dev chgs. You need to pay fines once u will sell it. Price gains vs dev chgs and its fine over them will still make u a happy man! So don't sell and hold as long as u can! |

You can hold as much as you want to. Pay fine on development charges. No need to worry if cant pay
