Pl let me know whether the development charges are included in the present quoted rates/prices of plots on this site of LRE or these would have to be paid by the purchaser.

Mostly Not Prices are quoted like this
1. 30 Lac Cost of Land it is means that you have to Pay development charges 6 Lac may be seller have already paid 3 lac then you will pay 3 Lac to seller and 3 Lac to society office.
Or
40 Lac all dues clear this means seller have already paid all amount and price includes cost of land and development charges both.
Still it is always better to make Clear before Paying token and write on the paper. |
