I have heard that one kanal residential files are being issued by DHA and are in the market for sale at a price of about Rs 12.5 millions, the files are for the area in 'Malikpur' village next to the DHA Phase 8 (Parkview) facing the side road of 'Ring road'. DHA might develop the area as a new block of Phase 8 just like they did as 'Z' block of Phase 8. The location is very good, if the information is correct. Does anyone aware of such sort of thing ?

Dear Sir,
Few files issued for mentioned A Block asking at 130 lacs. On the other hands General File available at 95 Lacs where blok not confirmed before ballot.
