Dear experts, I have been told that people are selling their plots in Phase 7 X and V blocks due to the 156 plots case taken up by the SC of Pakistan. Is it true or my agent is just trying to make some money out of me, please advise. thank you in advance.

DHA is responsible to take care of your interest & deliver you the developed plot without any problem. Why are you getting worried of it? Let the DHA handle its matters. Its not first one, DHA has been dealing some land acquisition matters from last 3-decades |

Blocks X and V of Phase 7 have more than 3000 plots. Even if 156 plots have some issue, it is a very small proportion of the total number of plots.
Also, it is unlikely that DHA have allocated any plot to public from those 156 plots.
So don't worry, your plot is most likely not affected. |
