AoA, I have a 1K plot in Jasmin in Bahria Town Lahore. I bought it in Mar 2012 (3 and half years). It was transferred to my name in Mar 2012.
I was told there is Rs. 500 or Rs 700 per month security fee, as plot was available for construction.
1. Do you know if this fee has changed?
2. Also, is there is limit when I have to start construction?

Bahria staff is way to genius... if you will sell the plot.. before the transfer they will hand over a huge bill to u in form of security etc etc charges... it can be 1 lac can be more and when you ask them to break it into monthly... the answer is>>> some months it is 2500 , few months it is 5000 and few months 1000... so basically they cant justify that amount... BUT you have to pay... that is for sure... only plus is they can reduce it by 20% max... that to.. if you beg them... and tell them that your condition nowadays is that you cant buy food for your family. |
