Thanks My dear All friends for Given offers, phase 9 Prism 8 Marla Commercial file prices are 35 Million even not found. Its good location on 80 fit main road plot.
If some one are serious buyer then gives reasonable offer, as i am interesting to sale it on market prices. |

I understand that you may need money for better alternative but you shouldn't let go this prime location plot at peanuts. As per LRE price evaluation, this plot must not go below 42.5 million and you have already reduced to 39 million ... Kindly don't play a role to reduce the market |

Dear Prism PEople i honor yours advice and second its true that are nearly 42.5 Million. I need the Amount for my another necessary personal use that are why i am ready to sale on first reasonable offered. I know that below 40 Million are not its real value, but my responsibility for other work are more important than this for me. |
