Does anyone know the transfer fee (total cost) to transfer plot in LDA Avenue 1. This will be a transfer (gift) between two brothers.

Does anyone know the transfer fee (total cost) to transfer plot in LDA Avenue 1. This will be a inherent transfer (After Death of owner) to one of their legal heir out of 6 as a (gift) between Sisters & brother. This will be first transfer of house or plot.
