Dear brothers and friends i need addvice weather i should keep my plot in phase 7 Defense Housing Society Lahore in blocks such as Phase 7 y and u without posession.
1. Should i re locate by selling these plots and move to Phase 6 Defense Housing Society.
2. Should i wait un til the Authorties of DHA give the posession.
3. Will Dha provide Posession of non posession plots in Phase 7 this yearor it is a long wait
4. How much money is required to build a normal house of kanal. I mean how much fund is required.
Sincere advices are required by my brothers.

Dear Haji,
1): If you want to construct house urgently or very soon then sell your plot add more money and buy in DHA 7 possession area or in DHA 6.
DHA 6 has already gained is peak price.
2): If you can hold then wait for possession. YOu will get price benefit in this case.
3): No one knows when the possession will be provided. we can estimate only by seeing the on ground development.
4): The average construction rate is Rs per sq foot.
Consider the total covered area as 6600 plus minus. |
