As we know now-a-days market is facing selling pressure because of less buyers and prices coming down slowly, in light of all of these factors what do you think Which month is the best time to invest in Prism/DHA 9
. September 2015
. October 2015
. November 2015
. December 2015
Please also mention which one block is best (A,D,C,P,Q) to invest upto 8 million with time frame of 3 to 5 years while i also have option to build my home there depending on the environment and facilities there after 3 to 5 years.

I think you should wait till mid-November as prices are very likely to come more down as correction.
Also prices can go further down when DHA will announce the development charges. |

Dont worry, no price will come down. Phase 9 is still cheapest pahse of DHA. Better buy, few lac doesnt matter in long term investment. |

There will Not be very Significant Correction in price as People are Holding the plots not files. In Files the Mechanism is Different, If There are 1000 Files[ with average demand of 20 Lac] in Market and 10 people are ready to sell at 5 PM today @10 Lac then today Closing price is 10 Lac. And it Gives us illusion that all Files are worth 10 Lac each which is not True.
In the plots the Mechanism is different and these are rated on individual basis and Compared with similar Options, in Prism only Possibility is same price or 10 to 15% Low Price will prevail for Long time and with time it may be significantly under price as par inflation and foreign Currency. In numbers DHA Phase 9 will Come Down significantly Only if other Comparative properties will also lose Price which is Not Likely. |

jameel sb few days I saw your comments on phase 9 where u commented price is coming down as you projected, now your statement is different is there any change in calculations or may be I misunderstood. Pls advise. |

Since I m following your views for quite long time now, hence I assume that something happened during 12 Sep and 17 Sep comments. Which changed your thoughts in form on comments on 17 Sep.
