Can someone recommend if investing in Sophia Farm houses on main bedian road could be a good investment opportunity. I am getting an option @ 30 lacs per kanal, it's 500 meters inside Sophia farms. Can the experts comment on the rate and the overall investment opportunity? Many thanks
