i doubt that prism plot will double in 4 years , just look average price trend in rest of phases . 10 marla in phase 7 is still available in around 6 million. looking at present development in phase 7 for me a time span of 5-7 years seems more practical.do not forget phase 9 town has possession and construction activity already started and above all it is much smaller than prism which means even few hundred houses would be sufficient to give impression that it is populated |

Well there isn't any comparison between phase 7 10 marla cutting location and 9 town l0 marla. Phase 9 is close to already populated area whereas phase 7 10 marla location not so impressive |

There is no comorasion between both phases. Phase 9 will go higher than phase 5. |

Even after 10 years. Acceptable. My father bought 1K Plot in 2 lac in 1981. Today plot price is 450K. If one is not dealer or developer then property is a business on long term basis for one. |
