   DHA Phase 8 Development Work Status

Could anyone update about phase 8 development work and possible possession time.

Google earth Images of DHA phase 8 area is updated in July 2015, It shows all roads are non Carpeted. Looks 70% of Phase 8 will get possession by 2018. All Blocks of DHa Phase 7 may get Possession in mid 2016.

Yes development takes time 8-10 years no matter if it is almost always claimed to be completed in 3.

Yes 2018 is very late.DHA started development in 2011.May be W and T blocks can be delivered earlier in 2017 mid.and then so on other blocks like X,v,u, s and then others.

But how much time it will take to get occupied by residents.I feel phase 8 will be populated sooner than other phases.
