With the perusal of comments of all my friends on this page I have come to the conclusion that for the medium term investment, i.e. 2 to 5 years, this society is better of all other options for a fund of about 40 lac. I don't know much about this society except its location. I will be obliged if any friend could share the salient features of this society, I will be highly obliged. Thanks

For the budget of 40 lacs, I would rather increase my budget a little and try finding two 5 merla plots in J block (Prism). |

Yes, the society has prime location and it has a gunine party behind...not a society of dealers only....neither a one man show like bahria.
Society has good neighbors where the good facilities are available.
The prices are very low....and for mango people its the next canal garden where public can build homes.
I would strongly suggest to invest in this society for 2-5 years time.
