Can you kindly advise me what is the price of a 10 marla house in Defence Raya phase 6 and also for a 1 Kanal house in phase 2 of Defence Raya phase 6.
What can be the best area for investment these days? which phase files? Thankyou in advance pakistan zindabad :flg

10 marla house in defence raya is about 150 lacs plus or minus depending on location and status,one kanal plus or minus 250 lacs depending on a few things,files r good for dha 9 prism i guess,rest Allah knows better

Defence Raya after two years= 150 to 180 only 30 lakh approx

Prism 5 Marla after 3 years = 24*6=144 to 40*6=240 = 100 lakh

kamran u r forgetting development charges,also on plots u cannot live,in a house u can live or rent it out,so gain in both cases will be almost same

Kamran sb has replied to a question that in DHA ph9 price of 5 marla plot will rise by 6 times in next 3 yrs to 24x6 to 150 lakhs. Firstly have I understood u correctly? Secondly wat about 1kanal plot in ph 9? How much its price is expected to rise in next 3 yrs, till Dec 2018? Thx

visitor sahib kamran says 5 marla plot will be 40 in 3 years,which is 24 today,some plots 5 marla in R block are already 40,he says buy 6 plots of 5 marla in prism instead of one house of 10 marla in defence raya,
