Dear Ammar, It is useless to invest a huge amount in pak Arab because of its village type atmosphere and maintence issues .New blocks are short of basic facilities and LDA issues are also there.If you buy 5m plot somewhat populated block ,it costs you almost 45 lac or above.I think the best society on ferozepur road is bahria nasheman,a brand with all facilities of life and neat clean quick maintence service,a good location plot in bahria nasheman will cost you 36-37 lac which is far better than pak Arab's rest depend on you. |
