Why people think the property is only in DHA? And they ignore all the other options in Lahore.....Now the cases in courts and DHA will have tough time down the road. I think its time to avoid DHA.

Not dealer nor working in dha but a relative and i move in social circle where i got to know these judges very closely.

Ask Ahmed, he appears to be vakeel in this case. After every few days, this war starts between phase 7 and 9. This is simply useless, this topic has been discussed in detail, many times earlier. Both phases have their own pros and cons. The only difference is phase 7 is short term investment or for those who want to construct their homes now, whereas phase 9 is 5 to 8 years investment.

hahahah problems comes up in all businesses and get solved. if there is any issue going on towards DHA, it will get solve, i guess no need to be worried
Example Bahria town is a best living place especially in lahore go on LDA site and check they warned people not to buy plot in new phases which are not approved by LDA.
