I am looking for investment 3-5 years view would Phase 7 or Phase 9PRISM good option.

Definitely Prism will give u better returns if development start on time as Dha promised from January 2016 , Remember in property most important thing is Location and Prism has a lot better location than Dha7.
Rest Allah knows about Future Prospects of both projects. |
