Dear LRE & all Expert
since DHA prism balloted, prices got stuck. there is no change in about 4 months. please give your expert opinion how much price jump we may expect when the development work will start as of announced date jan 2016.

From december 2015 prism prices will keep on icreasing gradually or can say at a costant pace prices will increase and after 3 to 4 years will be be 2.5 times if not 3 times from today prices of prism |

I am convinced and fully agreed with opinion, there is nothing like investing in DHA-9 for better result. Keep your plot regardless location. Apples are apples regardless difference in glow and shine. Each and every plot of Prism will give good return in coming time. |
