I am an overseas and wanted to build house in a couple of years.
May I know if Bahria Town Sector E and F are secure by all means in order to buy a 1 or 2 Kanal plot now?

Be careful in E as Ring Road will pass. F block is non possession and has some land issues |

If you want to build your house in couple of years than Tipu sultan block is best option as it is the cheapest option right now for 1-2 kanal. Don't buy any files as some blocks have no land and there is no clear future. Only try to get on ground clear plot for peace of mind. |
