Please guide if it is a wise decision to construct house in state life phase-1 A block, what are pros and cons, also i want to construct 4 bed house to have more terrace and lawn, what will be affect on property value and how much in monitory terms, thanks

I'm also facing the same situation. Want to construct on a kanal plot in E block for self living. Merger or no merger with Dha, statelife phase is anyhow a win win situation. |
