Also, when should we expect Ballot Intimation letters for Phase 9 Prism indicating development charges amount and schedule. Ballot was in May 2015, it has been a while already. What is a typical wait between ballot and announcement of dev charges?

DHA Announced IVy Green Phase 8 Development Charges as

Residential :
I Kanal= 19.50 lacs
10 Marla= 13 lacs
5 Marla = 9 lacs

Commercial :
4-Marla: 19.50
8-Marla:37.50

Payable from Dec 2015 to Dec 2018 quarterly installment

This is indicator for Phase 9 Prism Amount.We will know those soon too.

B Block Prism Excluded Area matter take time to get included in B Block.Can Take one or two years.
