Z1 Major Portion 350 to 1080 still Need Development Work to be done.Its Upto dha How early they want to deliver.1st commencement of work required.it is obvious it has positive Impact

H2, if your plot comes in possession area, you will get an official letter from DHA letting you know that you can construct.
