What would happen to my prism Plot if I don't pay Dev Charges at all. Or pay after many years, any penalty or side effects.

Paid in full no benefit and if not paid you have to pay heavy penelties like banks credit cards.its better to buy a development paid plot like 9 town. |

if you don't pay Dev.Charges there is daily penalties PKR.80/ per rata basis.
