At the time of possession all blocks looks like the same including Phase-5, 6 etc
DHA dont mark plot numbers in any Phase & block. R, S, U, W, P blocks possession was given last year, have u seen any marking there? Possession & livable are two different things. If possession is not given, nobody dare to make home there, no activity there, no people movement, how can u make that place livable? |
