please advise i booked a five marla house in state life 1 vip homes,i was supposed to get posession on 75 percent payment,the builder is not giving possession after two years of of 75 percent payment,he agreed to pay rent if does not give on time,but since 6 months not paying rent too,please advise where should i go for help,thanks jazak Allah for your time
