Soon very soon the most benefical and profit seeking scheme at the momoent is 9 town. People ignore this fact that only because of proper 9. But in reality I can prove it by my statement.
"Buy 9 town worst location plot @ 48 today. And compare it with best location R block prism. Which should be @ 35+9=44 lack with no activity till at least 5 years. While your worst location 9 town will be @70 or may be @ 75 within 6 months because contruction activity is start there. Just compare phase 8 5marla and phase 6 5marla. You will get your answer".
Regarding prism yes it is a good investment but in the long run more than 5 years. For 5 years delears play with your investment. But 9 town is a mature and solid investment for short term of 1 to 2 years.

No average location plot available in 48 one can get only bad location in this budget in 9 town but in R block one can get super location in 35+9 . If one wants to invest for 3 years R block is more fruitful because bad location in town will not rise as much as a good location R plot will rise

Yes. Prism is most fruitable then worst location of 9 town. If we purchase in town you all Dealler will said any time any month any years reason of worst location less money no buyer.

y so much price difference in r n j block,where files of prism 5 marla are expected to be adjusted?can any tell which mauza is r block?thanks

@amna! No one knows before ballot where the rest of files will be adjusted only dha does. Secondly R is expensive because R block prism will be handed over to owners first. J block will catch momentum as soon as Ring Road work would start there.in 3 years R K J all sectors will be more or less same in prices
