1. Did anybody receive letter from DHA to deposit development charges for DHA phase 9 (prism) plot owners?
2. Can anybody other than owner deposit these charges?
3. Is there any possibility of online payment?

4. How to make payments online for over seas Pakistanis? What specific plot information is needed to pay online? What is DHA's bank account number and Bank Identifier Codes (SWIFT)?
