I have paid full payment and development charges for a 10 marla plot in Bahria Town Phase-8, for sector-P.
I had started the payment schedule in 2005 and finished all the payments including development charges in 2009.
Bahria Had moved my plot from sector-p to sector-a, in Bahria Town Phase-8 Rawalpindi. The area where Bahria relocated my plot is still being developed after 10 years, and Bahria have not handed me over the plot yet. Bahria keep telling me that they will hand me over the plot this year for the last 5-year.

It is very common practice in Bahria now days. part of Sector F, Lahore, Bahria Green Lahore, Civic center, golf view, All have been committed long time ago but not delivered. |
