Ayesha though in Pakistan it's not a very common practice to own a house on mortgage, but I suggest you to go for it since the interest rates are 42 years low and this is a golden time to take advantage of that.
Talk to the different banks and must shop around to get the best rate of mortgage.

You are absolutely right about the lowest interest rate in 42 years. Its the ideal time to loan and build a house provided you have decent income to pay back.Based on my experience even 7-8% sometimes difficult to pay if you don't have constant income to support. |
