Can someone explain why 1-kanal Phase 8 (Ex Parkview) files are priced at 95 lac while Phase 7 files are priced at 73 lac.
I was thinking of buying a file, but now I am confused because I thought Ex-Parkview files were allotted plots in lower portions of Phase 7 and should be cheaper than Phase 7 files. Why would they be more than actual Phase 7 files?
Any clarification is appreciated. AA replied on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 04:17 AM
Rana Ji, No comparison between the location of Park view with phase-7. Parkview files will convert to plots in A block of Parkview. |

Supreme court should order DHA to relocate all plots of Parkview file holders from Phase 7 back to A block of Parkview. Only this way, justice will be served to all the original file holders of Parkview. |

DS, that was my confusion. Last time Ex Parkview got file holders got adjusted in Phase 7 near BRB canal and still the market is pricing Phase 8 (ex Parkview) files 20 lac more than Phase 7 files. Why? What am I missing? |

When Dha took over Park View, there was a lot of land in litigation, so dha adjusted file holders in phase 7 that time. Now dha has aquired land by itself and for that land they selling residential/commercial files. And most of this land exists next to park view A block. So its a wild guess that these files will be converted to A block plots etc.. |
