Can you please tell me the status of Phase 8 z block and Ivy green. Are these fully developed ready to build plots?.
And how do you compare Sukh chayn gardens against Phase 8 z-block/Ivy green and Phase 7 z-block. I am genuinely seeking a plot to build a house for my own living.

Phase-7 z block is ready for construction. Partial possession is given. Phase-8 z-block Ivy Green is under development & its possession would be available in 3-4 years. |

1- If you are willing to construct home swiftly - SukhChyan will be a good option. Prices are already at peak and it will not give you handsome ROI
2- If you have 1-2 years margin go for Dha P7. This property still have appreciation margin.
3- Phase 8 z block is a long terms investment and you have to wait minimum 5 years + |
