Parkview is not moving but IVY green got good gain in recent month.
In my point of view Parkview location is much more better than IVY green, plus, Parkview is already surrounded by fully developed area.
But somehow Parkview commercial files are not appreciated, I cdunt understand the reason for it.
I remember 2 years ago , I had Ivy Green /Z block file and everyone was not appreciating Z block and advised that it will be isolated block and bla bla... I sold the plot and somehow regretted now.
My suggestion is Parkview is better, may be not for short terms but for long terms and until DHA 8 gets possession..
But IVY green is appreciated and might get more gain in short term. |
