Dear Choudhry Sahib,
Most Likely 31 December 2015 will be last date to submit 1st installment of prism along side ivy green. i think all plot holders will get intimation letter before November or earlier.

Its mean can I submit the instalment any time before 31 Dec-15. Actually I am coming to pakistan next month and I want to pay my instalment in Nov-15.
DHA will take the payment in Nov-15.
