Dear LRE,
I am an oversea, living in Saudi Arabia. I have 4 plots "1 kanal each". I saw news here that development charges have been announced and it's 19.50 Lac for 1 Kanal, starting from 15-Nov-2015.
However, I am not yet notified by DHA about the payment plan or bank account detail in order to transfer the charges.
Can you please kindly guide me, how to sort it out on priority?

no one has recieved notification as yet , be ready to pay ist installement of 162500 on each plot in decemeber |

It is Guess that 31 Dec will be last Date, and After that these will be due every 3 months A bit of headache for overseas people as there is no fool proof provision for overseas. Though you can make DD in favor of DHA and send them by Post but who will send you receipt to overseas address? |

I came across similar situation for my Phase 7 plot. I used to send payment by bank drafts to DHA and they always sent me receipt at my overseas address by post. Nothing to worry on this aspect. |
