LRE Team can you update on status of transfer of plots in Phase 9.
Is it on or stopped
Is buyer suppose to pay full development charges or in installments
Specially for 5 Marla Plots

Dear Sir,
DHA Phase 9 Prism Transfer going on as per routine. Currently DHA is transferring Plot without 1st Development charges Installment.Once seller get intimation letter then buyer must has to pay 1st installment to get transfer.
