No Construction penalty is per year it was 55,000 before And DHA 6 was not included in that
Other no construction penalty was 13,000 and Now it is 19,000 Per kanal.
19000 will start 3 years after possession and then after some specified years will be 83,000 as in case of phase 1 to 6.
phase 12 is DHA EME on Multan road.
I don't know it will have plus or Minus effect as seeing the example of Bahria it had positive effect as people made more houses and price gained. |
