Can someone tells me if technically bad to buy a plot close to Grid Station nod if yes then Why? and is it harmful to human body?

Depending upon the voltage rating of the grid station/transmission lines the Electromagnetic field may affect the health of people upto 1.5 km away from the its site.

how many streets aways can be considered good from investment point of you please answer.

How many lines/streets away if we buy a plot it will not have a baggage of near grid station.

200 meters away is Ok, EMF induced health Hazard is just a speculation and not Scientifically proven, Just Like Mobile radiation. In fact Mobile in your pocket emits much stronger radiation when transmission antenna is at distance.
