I am looking for one house in DHA Lahore in any phase, area is around 10 marla and bughet is about 1 Crore.
Please suggest me any dealer or direct buying person.

u can get only plot in phase 7 and construct yourself |

look into old houses in phase 4 jj block or phase 1 P block.in this budget you only have possibility in worst blocks of DHA. its better to go to anyother society to get a good location house in this budget rather then living around a nalla or a village in DHA |

Actually I have a plot in Phase 7 Y one kanal, but since the area is not fully developed and I am away from Pakistan, so thats the reason would like to buy a ready house.
My mother with younger brother will be living there.
