Dear Brother and admins,

I am looking for one House in DHA Lahore any phase but with most of amenities around like schools and hospitals.

My budget is 1 Crore Rs.

Minimum is 10 Marla.

Please guide me or suggest me with best options.

You could find an old house... even 1 kanal in main DHA... but back in 2008-09... now DXB is right... 5 marla rates in DHA is 70+... how could you find a 10 marla house in 1 crore ?

Dear Sheikh,
In 1.2 to 1.3 Cror can find 10 merla old Live able House in DHA Phase 2 or 1 on "Compromised" Locations, These Locations can be Near Cahrrar pin Near Leel Pind or near Graveyard, I don't Consider these location very Bad as people are living for long time and you will go often to village Bazars for Shopping.
Below i am writing Prices of average Houses in DHA and Other areas
DHA Phase 3, 5 merla house 15 ys old in 80 Lac approx [Recommended]

DHA 4 10 Merla old House in Good Location in 1.5 Cror [Recommended]
DHA 5, 5 merla House Slightly Used in Block B and D 90 to 100 Lac [Recommended]
DHA Phase 5, 5 merla New House 1.25 cror
DHA Phase 6, 5 merla new house in cror
DHA Phase 8, Park View Houses Built by DHA and Handed Over 4 years Back in abot 1.35 Cror [Recommended]

Outside DHA Good Blocks of Faisal town, Model Town ext and Allama iqbal town 10 Merla 20+ ys Old Houses Live able Condition +- renovation 1.3 to 1.5 Cror [Recommended]
Johar Town old 15+ ys Old Livable houses 75 to 80 [recommended]
In 2010 I was Looking for old livable house in DHA Phase 2 in About 75 to 80 Budget and ended up buying in Model Town ext in 72 Lac[10 merla] The reason was I Found in these areas so easy access and facilities as Compared to DHA phase 2. I consider both good Choices and prices have also increased in Parallel [ 140 to 150 Now]

In johar town old house even 20 years old is more than 1.20 cror. I think Jamil sahab might not much aware of johar town plot prices. Even there in johar town plot price of 10 marla is more than 75 lac.

DHA Phase 8, Park view 10 marla house in 1.35 cror is not possible. 10 Marla plot (as per LRE rates) is 100 to 110 Lacs.

@ Haf In Johar Town I meant 5 Merla House especially in A Block.
@ AA You may be right my info is a bit old but Plots and Houses price cant be compared, In DHA phase 5, 5 Merla B and D Block Plot in 80 to 90 and in about 100 You can find slightly used House. In Faisal Town 10 M Plot is 120 to 125 and Old House can be Found in 140. In DHA Phase 4 10 M plot is 125 to 130 and House can be Found in 145 to 150. In DHA Phase 1 Plots and Old Housed have same price.
