I have a shop. If I give it on rent with help of a dealer
how much commission I should pay to him for finding a tenant ?

any amount you agree upon. In general it is 15 days rent from either side that is from vendor and the one who is getting on rent.
Agent will have one month rent in total. |

Normally half rent is paid by the owner and half rent by the tenant to dealer
so dealer gets 1 month rent as his fee for the deal (some dealers ask full 1 month from owner as well !) |
