You have vast experinced of Bahria Properties, As you know Bahria is charging no Constuction penality after some grace period of Possession expires, I want to ask if this amount is due for 3,4 years do they charge some Extra Fine on these non paid charges or they simmply add due amount?

Dear Habib Sahib,
Bahria Town does not impose fine / surcharge on unpaid No construction Charges.
Having said that, we should keep in mind that Bahria Town keeps on changing its rules and regulations (of course on its own favour) so it may announce surcharge or fine on it as well any time in future.

Dha has imposed 83000 per year no construction penalty on phase 6 already. |
