Intimation letters are being issued for sucesful Ballot Holders of DHA 9 prism and IVY green. The last date of first installment is 15th Dec, Failure to do so will impose 20% Annualized fine on non payment/ Due Amount, If yo don't get intimation letter due to some reason till mid of November it is better to Contact DHA Office.
Paying Directly to DHA specified bank [filling up Challan form available in DHA office] You can save Demand draft/ Payorder charges which can be upto Rs 1000 if you are are not an account holder.

Sir which specific bank (specific branches?) will take installments?
cant we download challan form OR its a must to visit DHA office to get it separately for each plot? |

dha not yet confirmed the development charges for Prism, they will it will confirmed on the letter, please confirm anyone who receive letter for prism and development charges are there for 5 marla 10 marla, thanking you u all in advance. |

i heard by one of my friend that Dha prism 5 marla charges are not 09 lac its about 7 lac to 7.5 lac only. please confirm if some receive official letter by Dha |
