Dear experts,
I got two plots in DHA phase 9
One in Block M (Plot near 713) other in Block P (plot no 686)
Should I hold them or sell them out

Both are weak locations, It is up to You if You already have gained good Amount you can exit and for Investment Purpose can invest in smaller plots in phase 9 with better location. Market is Bit Slow if you sell cheaper then you should also be able to buy back cheaper.
Or switch to LRR south loop area. |

I gained very little here
I wanted to know will it be wise to hold them or it will be worth to change the location for better gain afterwards.
I am in aposition to hold them for another 5 years as my circumstances are at present rest Allah knows better
please enlighten me with your valuable advice in view of the above

Holding bad location is not very frutful, Best Thing is to exit when market is Low and switch to better location adding few Lacs. In 2006 I paid 2.5 Lac Prminum for a Batter Location and Now that difference is 15 Lac and Above all ease to sell when I Like. |
