look at the plots , they are treated like orphans by DHA as mostly boundary, bad cutting, last of the phases, will take 10 yrs and still wont have good access except few lines on top of J block

Here on files I think my guess is ppl are willing to take a chance but don't want to settle with bad location plot.

Again this is how market works some times irrational.
