Yes that may be true as originally the balloting was planned in June. It may cause file prices to go up suddenly so may be a good time to buy.

I am from gujranwala and the news in the real estate circles is that indeed the balloting is going to happen in the first week of december. People well connected in Cantt say its on 10th december. Announcement in Second week of november.

DHA Gujranwala has completed the land acquisition of phase 1 about 2 months back and now most of the land is being acquired for Phase 2. You will soon see ads in newspaper about the balloting date. DHA also intends to name it after successful marketing around the name "Prism".

I bought 10 marla file one week ago and the dealer told me that balloting will be in first week of January 2016

Dear Mr. Saheb. DHA Gujranwala has no official website. Perhaps the only website address it has is the one which is mentioned on the website of DHA Lahore. But whosoever tries to open the link on that website, there is stern warning that it may seriously harm the computer.

With such a step motherly treatment by the DHA to Gujranwala Scheme the ballot may be not in near future.

The website mentioned by Mr. MS is not the website of DHA Gujranwala. It is the website of the dealer, who is dealing in DHA Gujranwala.

The management of lahorerealestate may kindly request the DHA Lahore to at least fix the virus infection of DHA Gujranwala urgently
