Is it good to buy DHA Nine Town 5 Marla file? Do you have any idea about its balloting?

Files upto Dec 2014 are already balloted. Future ballot date for remaining files is not clear at this point.

Bhai When this Dec 2014 files Ballot happen. I did not see any news on DHA web.
I have Comm 8 M in DHA Town , I bought this file in May 2013. It should be Balloted.
