covered area around 4750 sq ft plus minus 50 sqft (depending upon map...A+ construction will cost around 1.5 crore plus minus 5 to 10 lac depending upon variety of factors while A grade wwill cost around 130 to 135 lacs...but these are all loose calculations and depend upon what yu want....A class builders in defence are spending around 1.5 crore on construction...go and see a builders house in phase 5 and yu will have an idea |
